Rollout Headless-CMS für alle digitalen Clients (WEB, APP, Smart-TV, Hbbtv) des Konzerns.

2. Aufgabe:
Aufbau Produkt-Portfolio und Einführung "From ideation to impact" - Agile Produktentwicklung von der Produktidee, Bewertung, Priorisierung, Lieferung bis Erfolgsmessung

Sicherstellung "Cross Team Delivery" über 8 Teams.

Einführung agiler Produkt Roadmaps und strategischer Produktplanung über "Flight Level" mit Priorisierung über Mehrwert sowie in Verbindung mit den Company Objectives.
Alignment von Produktmanager - Product Owner - Team und Stakeholder.

Verantwortlich für die Lieferung der Produkte.

The process was specified in 5 major categories such as gaining and importing data from external sources (immoscout24), tenant application management, handling of apartment viewing, generating valued information for landlord and tenant for decision, automated credit check, invoicing and payment solutions. I was also held responsible for all E-Commerce issues regarding the two target groups and developing new ideas for cross selling as well as coordinating the international team.
