IT Operations Analyst seeking to provide value to the organization (and customers in turn) by managing large group of windows based machines virtually using a powerful tool from Microsoft called “System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)”

I am a postgraduate IT Operations analyst currently employed with Accenture India. My current job responsibilities as IT Operations Analyst Include Windows Server Operating system configuration/Administration, Security patches deployment, Software distribution, SCCM log files auditing, SCOM Monitoring, Report generation, SCCM client agent remediation, Operating system deployment, resolving issues raised in BMC remedy, Active directory Administration, Network components like router, switch configuration etc.
In addition to my job profile, I also hold certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in System Center Configuration Manager 2012,Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2,Information Security Foundation based (ISFS) on ISO/IEC 27002 certified and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
