I am a well experienced lawyer and established a successful corporate legal career. I have discharged my duties as a State Attorney and dealt with commercial contracts. I have conducted legal consultations together with commercial banks and institutions. As a State attorney, I have worked with the common law (English law) jurisdiction and gained experience in courts.

Additionally, I had an opportunity to work with contract management, document review, process and project management functions after completion of my LLM in International and European law in Germany.

During my MSC, I gained excellent knowledge in M&A contracts, modeling and decision making, risk analysis, advanced negotiation management with regard to international commercial contracts. Further, I specialized in advanced econometric and mathematical optimization during my M.Sc in International Business and Economics. I displayed strategic planning, risk analysis and innovation skills during our team assignments.
