• Part of a team looking towards changing the overall government IT systems; from hardware to software
• Solely in-charge of the Email and Collaboration Workstreams covering hosted solutions from GoogleApps to Microsoft Office365 to Hosted Exchange and Zimbra to Jive to Al Fresco Collaborative Software
• Liaising with numerous governmental departments for business and user requirements
• Ascertaining the correct level of security due to governmental data requirements
• Business analysis of software and it’s correct fit into business and user requirements
• Full commercial analysis
• Project Management for Pilot, Test and Production Environments
• Sourcing, vetting and liaising with suppliers
• Training, Support & Reporting
• Analysis of current systems
• Support System Review & Reporting for submission to Management to confirm SLA and OLA Compliance
• 3rd party reviews and negotiations for new products and services, scheduled reviews or case specific issues including contract creations
