Key-User Enablement and Training:
• Provide comprehensive enablement for key users across all streams including O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), R2R (Record-to-Report), E2L (Engineer-to-Launch), and F2F (Forecast-to-Fulfill).
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to empower trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Deliver end-user training, with a special focus on the Arabic language.
Translation and Localization of Training Materials:
• Translate training materials using SAP Enable Now into multiple languages such as English, French, and Arabic to cater to diverse audiences.
• Ensure that translations maintain the integrity and clarity of the original content while being culturally and contextually appropriate.
Training Management and Support:
• Provide robust support in organizing training sessions for key users and end-users.
• Develop detailed training plans and prepare execution plans to ensure smooth and effective training delivery.
Functional Expertise in Plant Maintenance:
• Serve as a Functional Specialist for plant maintenance, providing critical support and expertise.
• Offer 2nd and 3rd level support, adeptly solving Service Now tickets and handling change requests that arise during go-live and hypercare phases.
