Project Description: The SIS II migration is a data migration project from the old SIS 1 to SIS II. The purpose of the SISII migration is to migrate the business data in the existing system SIS1+ to SISII without data loss, and without compromising data integrity.
The migration phase is structured in different steps. Each step is kick started on reaching some pre-defined pre-conditions and milestone, and considered as accomplished on achieving the expected success criteria.

Main activities and responsibilities:
• Enhance and describe migration criteria in order to ensure and avoid data loss or leakages;
• Follow up on data cleansing activities of the 28 member states in the project, to ensure conformance to the new SIS II data dictionary, mapping rules and schema;
• Manage and communicate with the stakeholders, which comprises of the French interior Administration who currently hosts SIS1, the operators of SIS1 Clone – ATOS, the main development contractor –HPS and the 28 migrating member states, through provision of support and project documentation;
• Manage all stakeholders, - changes, - Risks, - and Delivery on contractual commitments;
• Prepare guidelines on the process to follow in order to assist the Commission task force members and the member states participating in the migration process;
• Draft reports and make presentations to Member states group management board, the commission and the migration expert group;
• Monitor and manage some of the development team’s activities, member states management team, comprising of test managers from all EU member states and network operators, such as sTesta and HP - Orange as it relates to connection and connectivity to test environments for 28 EU member states;

Project Description: CCBM2 – This project was developed in association with 17 European Central banks; it is aimed at having a central system for the valuation of collateral by parties outside the central security deposits (CSD) for each participating country. Collateral values are updated in association with counterparties, and other stakeholders can adjust their credit position based on an increase or decrease in the value of the collateral. SWIFT was used for transferring messages between all stakeholders.

Main activities and responsibilities:
• Managed a team of 10 testers – growing to 14;
• Distributed and planned workload based on software release complexity, capacity and pre -defined budget;
• Planned and strategized on the expected deliverables and resources available to his team;
• Prepared project metrics for Level 2 management, comprising of European Central Bank and 17 National Central banks who were stakeholders in the project;

Project Name: VISA Information System – VIS

Project Description: VIS – This project was designed to serve as a central repository for all VISA Applications by third countries to EU member states that were signatories to the Schengen Acquis agreement. The aim was to have a centralized database for all VISA applications to the participating countries. The candidate acted as the VISA information system test manager, working with 15 countries up until April 2011. The application was rolled out LIVE on the 11th of October 2011.

Main activities and responsibilities:
• Enhanced and described testing quality standards in order to build a high quality and testing services catalogue;
• Actively communicated with the stakeholders to support the project in documentation, Methodology and testing;
• Ensured core project management methodologies were used;
• Monitored and reported on the work stream on a regular basis, planed deliverables and milestones;
• Stakeholders were HPS- Application Development, Bridge – for Biometrics and sTesta/HP orange for Networks;
• Mitigated risks and resolved or escalated issues where and when necessary;
