My first task was to act as internal Project Lead, together with Accenture, to carve out / migrate the SAP part of ESSO Switzerland into a new own SAP system. As additional work package I was responsible for the data migration (incl. ABAP development) and configuration of the SD/MM module and migration of existing interfaces.

Within the global Group (28.000 employees) there are more than 50 different HR systems in place globally with a lot of interfaces to external providers (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance etc.). In order to standardize and harmonize all HR systems and align them to one global SAP HR instance a first pilot implementation in Germany was done in the first half of 2012.
In May 2012 I started as SAP HCM Project Lead with the HR systems implementation in the US which consisted of 3 subsidiaries and around 2000 employees, Go live in January 2013, including the following areas:

One of my first tasks was to analyze the European Business processes together with external SAP consultants and the creation of a Blueprint lasting for 3 months. We defined Sales/Logistics and Financial templates to be implemented in CH/DE/FR/ES/IT including the integration of our production sites in China and US.
We successfully finished implementing a multi-level intercompany invoicing process (China -> Switzerland -> European
subsidiaries) with the SAP 3rd Party handling and ALE/EDI functions in CH/DE/FR/IT/ES/CN

In the year 2000 the first SAP implementation was started in Liechtenstein which is the global logistics center. I was the IT Project Leader coordinating the internal & external consultants in all SAP and IT related issues in order to support the overall Project Manager.
After the successful Go Live in July 2001 I worked in a team closely together with the global process management in order to analyze and define global Swarovski rollout templates which should be applied in more than 30 countries worldwide.
One of my major tasks was to connect our external Retail POS system “Retail Pro” (globally used in more than 800 own stores) with SAP which included the following areas:
- analyzing the existing interfaces (material master, purchase orders, sales orders, deliveries, billing, inventory management, goods receipt)
- define a new cross company consignment fill-up handling process including goods in transit and transfer bookings as well as the automation of the consignment issue process
- closely worked together with the corresponding IT departments and business process management as an Integration Manager to fulfill the necessary testing and successful Go Live.
As a Project leader and a member of the European implementation & support teams I was analyzing and implementing all relevant sales & logistics processes from 2003 - 2005 according to the global template in Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France and Netherlands in order to replace our legacy system AS/400.
In this role I was responsible for the configuration and supporting of the following areas:
• conducting key user trainings, gap analysis and Integration tests
• defining and assignment of sales organizations, distribution channels and divisions
