Juniper SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Primary Juniper liaison representative for DHL for matters including problem
resolution, software compatibility and patching.

- Providing third level support for network security devices in incident
management, troubleshooting and monitoring.
- High-level responsibility for security upgrades and updates to devices as part
of security team.
- Support in implementation of change following ITIL change process.
- On-call support(24/7 team rotation) for the Security team.
