Technical expert on the production infrastructure.
Technical responsible of 5 projects: Portail (MHM), Services (MAEA: SEPA), migration to Weblogic 12c, transverse projects (security, industrialization)  30 weblogic environments

 Research and development:
o Establishing standardization of IT environments and infrastructure
o Establishing deployment architecture [weblogic cluster, LDAP connection, load balancing F5, Apache HTTP server, X509 certificate, files cluster, vmware]
o Analyze complex technical information to determine risk levels and technical feasibility when making changes to applications
o Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the
Business
o Apply knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process problems
o Successfully prioritize and manage multiple requests and activities typically working under pressure
o Installation, configuration, tuning and implementing best practices
o Security integration with AD
o Implementation of SAF agents and JMS on weblogic

 Support:
o Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications. Identify root cause and defining actions to eliminate recurrence
o Effectively communicate problems and resolutions in a high stress environment
o Escalate technology issues to the appropriate application support and technology infrastructure groups (OS, security, network, architecture)
o Utilize the Problem Management process, ensuring problems are identified and ensuring that appropriate actions are documented and addressed.
o Administration and expertise in weblogic 11g
o Provide support level 2 and level 3 for middleware applications.
o Evaluate service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes, identifying inconsistencies while analyzing potential impacts of problems
o Crash analysis: JRMC, JProbe, VisualGC, VisualVM, Eclipse MAT
o Out of memory analysis
o Leak memory and stuck threads analysis: WLDF monitoring
o OS tuning: Linux, windows 2008 R2
o Webservices : SOAPUI
o Apache HTTP server: Vhosts, url mapping

 New environment:
o Development and validation of standards, guidelines and operating procedures
o Establishing network document (protocol, port, vm, dmz)
o Silent installation of Weblogic 12c
o Automate weblogic’s installation and configuration: Jython
o Automate applications’ deployment: WLST
o Industrialization with exploitation scripts: shell scripting, PERL, WLST
