Qualification, approval and certification of welders and NDT personal.

Approval and release of fabrication drawings, stress calculations, welding procedure specifications and quality plans for pressure vessels and piping systems.

Consulting and technical support to client.

Field administration.

Responsible for design, construction, quality control and purchasing (technical part) of pressure vessels.

Preparation of technical specifications and guidelines for use by vendors, like design requirements for heavy wall pressure vessels and material handling procedures for vessels and pipelines with sour gas and hydrogen service.

Working out QA/QC procedures for these equipments.

Manufacturer workshop audits and inspection.

Witnessing and cross check of NDT, e.g. thickness/lamination checks by means of UT, examination of welding seams by means of RT, MPI or PT.

Supervisory responsibility for inspection of construction works, co-ordination of manpower and material delivery, time scheduling and cost control.

Preparation of shut-down time schedules.

Project management, reporting, time scheduling, cost evaluation and cost control
