Project Erasmus is an initiative to cover on-boarding and implementation of the acquired business stake from ABN AMRO Bank’s commercial banking business and factoring services in the Netherlands with Deutsche Bank.
Erasmus Application Landscape is an initiative consists of various adjustments and connectivity to numerous IT-systems (70+ applications) within Deutsche Bank Group and outside. Such massive system adjustments and procedures require solid and thorough testing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing various Applications like TF3, TF3-OLC, TFMIS, db-doc, DBDI, GDS Autobahn Treasury / Money Market, Alice, Kondor+, GB1, AXS Point, FIM & dbCoral
• Preparing the Overall Test Strategy, Test Scope.
• Establish a framework for test execution and test status reports.
• Coordination / Orchestration of End to End SIT, especially in terms of project milestones and defining test flows, involving respective Application Owners into preparation (test cases, setup), coordinating test execution, tracking and reporting.
• Responsible for collecting and consolidate the static data (like Customer, account details for ordering parties, Counter party account details) from all the Erasmus Landscape applications
• Scheduling daily call between various Applications Teams to discuss all the incidents which have been raised during the testing period.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of project deliverables / milestones to time, and quality parameters.
• Responsible in defining a KPI’s across the Erasmus landscape applications.
