Rollout of a global platform for Finance with SAP, BW/BO systems; implementation of new processes for General Ledger, Subledger and Investment Accounting
- Responsible for Change management for local Roll Out in Germany; tasks include the following:
-- Change Strategy; coordination of change activities, status tracking and reporting; coordination with central team (head quarter)
-- Communication strategy and communication plan; delivery of communication content; Go live countdown and after-go live communications with tips and tricks for handling the new system; frequent newsletters with project news and status updates, Employee surveys and feedback analysis; development and execution of actions plans such as communication events, leadership briefings & workshops to prepare employees and leadership for the change; responsible for project intranet pages including content and technical maintenance of the web sites
-- Training: Training strategy; Training needs analysis (TNA), Course review, Planning of training courses and attendance; coordination of availability of training environment
-- Organizational Design; Change of Org Structure and related planning/execution
-- Stakeholder management, Leadership workshops, HR communications, works council, setup and frequent interaction with Change Agent community
-- Transition to financial shared service center (FSSC); cultural workshops & training; Go live support with setup of communication process between local teams and Service Center; Post Go live activities, SLA reviews, establishing and enhancing process flows; FSSC transition plan and workshops with FSSC and local business teams
-- Cutover planning; especially with regards to resource planning with scheduling of availabilities; shift planning and coordination with workers council
-- milestone tracking during cutover activities and communication to respective teams; such as technical team for interfaces; business teams for plausibility checks after migration activities
-- Change support strategy; hands on end user support with regards to user provisioning and access to new SAP systems; coordination with technical teams; issue and ticket tracking
-- Coordination with support hotline; identification of areas for improvement, additional training etc.
-- Post Go live strategy and transition to BAU (business as usual)
