Project Manage and lead as Business Unit Manager for the transition from a customer based 3PL to a new outsourced 4PL implementation with a 10 Million Euro Logistics spend.
Manage the HR, recruitment and training of the new team at Pravia (5 in total).
Create, implement and manage baseline setting and KPI´s for both Customer and Supplier (carriers).
Project Manage project timings and update progress of the project plan in conjunction with UK 3t business teams.
Process map current processes, match up to 3t process and capture all potential issues, risks, synergies and opportunities with other LINPAC manufacturing sites.
Carry out communication workshops with LINPAC teams including customer service, dispatch, and manufacturing, planning, including Barcelona and Madrid depots.
