For the German Central Organization of a multinational Temp Agency (280.000 applicants in talent pool), HR-Office devised and executed process improvements to reduce operational costs and support a raise of efficiency for client’s in-house HR-teams at multiple locations in Germany. HR-Office implemented smarter processes for application management (ensuring complete applicant data sets), managing the talent pool, administrative support functions (like handling travel costs) and social media presence. Additionally, we supported our client with consultancy on e-recruiting, IT project and release management, offering also training and content management assistance on top. Our client now works with clear KPI’s for its recruitment proces, and benefits from both improved efficiency and proces consistency for its professional image in the market place.

HR-Office supported gina tricot launching into the German market. We developed job descriptions in close cooperation with the management and implemented a successful recruitment strategy. To stuff all 11 stores in Germany, HR-Office implemented and customized a recruiting tool (EasyCruit) and managed the entire recruitment effort. Our services ranged from searching, finding, ACs and personal interviews to the complete administrative handling, onboarding and organizing shop openings. Until today we recruited about 180 employees on different management-levels.
