TätigkeitsbeschreibungDeveloped an interface program that allowed the customer to use an existing custom transaction in their R/3 backend system designed for submission of RFx documents to facilitate the bidding process of a newly implemented SRM 7.0 system. This development involved the use of SAP Smartforms and standard texts for notifications and modifications to existing web dynpros in SRM to accommodate custom fields and input options. Designed a two-level acceptance workflow in a SRM system for invoice approvals based on BRF logic incorporating status notifications to the initiator.

Maximized cash discounts for early bill payment by using automated deadline reminders. Created dynpros for entry of approval commentary to organize and facilitate billing approval.

Served as a system administrator responsible for transports and user authorizations, learning on-site by self-training. Established an authorization concept for SAP-users. Led small team responsible for updating license fee data for over 8000 SAP-user accounts.
