 Single Point of Contact for the support/Consulting activities for 3 Credit Agricole subsidiaries ( Emporiki Bank in Albania , Romania , Bulgaria)
 Provided assistance to the central team to implement and parameterize new requirements in Retail lending module and Interest and charges module.
 Involved in post live production support for Albania and Romania rollouts.
 Coordination between the bank IT team and Oracle development team to deliver solution for the problem reported within the time frames.
 Provided effective workaround to avoid any customer impact during issue resolution process.


 Provided implementation support for Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości, Poland to implement Funds transfer, E-banking, Payments & collections modules

 Provide post live production support and fixed all the post live production issues
 Reconciled the FCC/FCR data mismatch during implementation.
 Implemented the new GL upload mechanism and supported the FCR upgrade for PNB in
Japan,Singapore, UK and America.
 Developed high performing code to compute various balances/reports in the 3GL system.
 Refined some of the process to reduce the EOD time.

8/2007 – 3/2009

DB Upgrade: Upgraded the Oracle version 9i to 10 G. Implicated in code changes for up gradation.
 Involved in tuning of queries for a better performance of the upgraded 10G applications.
 Configured many Interfaces that interact with our Application
 Dynamic member in the onsite team, implementing the Flexcube version 7.2
 Implemented Flexml and Created conversion strategies and wrote conversion scripts to upload
various data in Flexcube.
 During my Tenure Icelandic Banking Systems faced sudden changes. I was the sole person at site,
helped the bank to quickly implement the sudden rules enforced by the government of Iceland and
got very good appreciation from the client.
 Provided support to client during extreme circumstances like bankrupt.
 Helped the bank to improvise various processes and reduce the manual intervention.
 Extensively Worked on various core banking modules like Funds Transfer, Loans, Foreign Exchange,
Messages, Letters of Credit, Interest and Charges, Customer accounts, Data conversion and data
movement
