Implemented the SRE On-Call concept, which covered all infrastructure-related systems. Leveraged
New Relic Observability and OpsGenie to implement a proper alert system and escalation.

required SLAs and that all updates were communicated to stakeholders on time.
Demonstrated a hands-on approach to leadership and filling in gaps during critical customer
outages by troubleshooting with the team, proactively informing the stakeholders about incident
evolution, leading the blameless postmortems, and ensuring the remediations were implemented
as planned.
