Stress Engineer-consultant-Special Missions Group
• Static analysis and Fatigue/Damage Tolerance of business jet airframe
• Analysis of wing/center wing box, fuselage frames/skin stringer/floor, V/stab, fairings- using FEM and hand calc; prepared stress reports for certification; VBA/Excel tools creation
• Crack propagation analysis for aprox. 50 systems installations on fuselage and bulkheads; derived threshold and repeat inspections intervals using NASGRO,GOLIHAT/ CRPR
• Support for Special Missions Group located in Wichita, KS/ Downsview, ON
• Design support for Global 7000/8000 FTV-stress support for test equipment installation

• Design, analysis & optimization of various parts of fuselage: avionics bay door surround, intercostals, skin penetrations, over wing frames/side skin to central wing box attachment; static and fatigue analysis
• Generate detailed FEM models/ performed global-local FEA for sizing and optimization
• Stress support/sizing for design group for new or existing design modification
• Support for manufacturing of CAST and FTV; design of skin-stringer repairs
