I'm an Enterprise Lean Agile Coach and SPC4 & 5. with more than 21 years of experience in IT and software development. I have been successfully executing all Agile roles, from the Team Member over Scrum Master and Product Owner to the Chief SM / RTE / STE and transformational Leader and this experience from the trenches benefited various leaders and executives by their Agile transformations. I have a master’s degree in Leadership in Digital Communication from the UdK / mcm institute University St. Gallen and I'm a passionate Lecturer since 1999. I helps organizations and teams to internalize the agile values - not just a process, embrace the lean agile mindset and deliver the most value for their customers.
