PI (XI) Subject Matter Expert. Assisting 3 customers during their Go-Live. Acting a facilitator between the customer and the different technical actors (pushing emergency changes, involving the right persons at the right time, to reach the timelines).
Reporting to Application Infrastructure Manager, Customer Care Specialist, and Service Delivery Manager.
Assessment of the technical volume and workload to be integrated into the sap core solution.
Coordination of activities between functional teams and solution vendors (SAP AG) to adjust the core system before the Go-Live.
J2SE Adapter Engine Expert (coordinator and technical reference for a yearly upgrade of 900 systems). Design of a deployment solution with minimized business impact (less than 10 seconds service interruption). Coordination of 6 resources over 3 continents for the project.
SAP transport system CTS+
Outage conductor (change assessment, release planning, coordination of a team of 7 persons to achieve 10 planned outages per year with an availability of 99.7% (26 hours total yearly outage budget)
Delivering trainings and regular knowledge transfers to team members (specific training method in 3 phases).

In a context of acquisition of Schneider Electrics IS services by Capgemini, an audit has been realized regarding de transferred parts for 31 countries.
I have been in charge of the assessments of human resources to be transferred, technical assets, contracted services, financial aspects for Iberian markets.
Following my analysis, I have introduced the first negotiations levels with the customer.
Identified a 240.000 Euro gap in the baseline.

The team consisted of 13 engineers (production support and project). I had to manage a customer/supplier relation with an external supplier for the 1st support level.
