I am currently working as a design engineer in Vestas Technology R&D which is responsible for all development and design activities in Vestas Wind systems A/s, and operating for the turbine
performance of the entire existing Vestas fleet of turbines.

Total years of experience is 60 months (from july31st 2007 to till date).

I have Expertise in the CAD, Solid, Sheet metal, Tubing, Electrical, Assembly, DMU and Drafting in CATIA V5. Trained from dessault systems Denmark in CATIA V6.

Evaluated the tooling concepts and validated the working principle of the Gantrys by using , CATIA V5 which are used to place the components in Blade.
Coordinating with Onsite and Offshore to track the project and ensure timely delivery of design content.

Welding Fixture design in CATIA V5 R14 Concept sketches, 3D models, 2D manufacturing
drawings, Calculations.
Developed work cell layout for Robotic BIW welding in DELMIA V5, designed appropriate
welding gun for robotic end effectors.
Analysed the Cycle Time and prepared Time Chart. Developed the Air circuit Design for
fixtures, created Robot Task Simulation of the welding station.
Saving in Floor space by elimination of separate Fixtures for Atlantic & Pacific

Studied and analysed the titled components supplied by the customer and reverse engineering is done by considering various key parameters.
Carried out various concept studies and analyse the feasibility of the redesign as per customer specification by implementing the tools PUGH matrix and FMEA for the concept selection.
The CAD parameters are modified as per the new design selected and detailed analysis has been done on new design using CATIA V5.



CAD models and drawings for lift axle valve are created by applying required GD&T using
CATIA V5 by following WABCO standards and guidelines.
Redesign of levelling valve converting from aluminium to plastic for customer specific application
and design calculations by considering material data sheets.
