• Global IT PM for SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (Direct material Purchasing) project implementation for production plants of wind turbines
• Key PM role between IT, Business, SAP and implementation teams from different vendors
• Owned the Business case, obtained internal budget approval of € 2 million and start-ed the project from ground-up by onboarding internal product owners and teams
• Established the SOWs, On-boarded the vendors and steered the project despite challeng-es
• Reported periodically to the SteerCo, mitigated the Risks, issues and technical challenges with the Product defects on SAP Ariba SCC module
• Onboarded and managed stakeholders from 3 different business units and ensured pro-cess, product harmonization to replace a legacy Siemens SupplyOn system
• Represented the project at various internal authority boards to ensure project progress

Global Ariba Implementation Project at Adecco Group Sept’ 2017 – Mar’ 2019
Global Business Lead for Ariba implementation – Successfully piloted and rolled out in Adecco HQ, Zürich in July’ 18, Milan in January’ 2019 Düssldorf and Madrid in Feb, 2019
Further rollouts planned in 2019 within Germany, Spain and France
Kicked off the project with Key stake holders at CxO level and managed stake holders during the course of the complex project following different local processes in each country
Lead design sessions with cross-functional Finance and Procurement operational and management teams’ in 4 countries and arrived at a Harmonised Global Design to be implemented across all geographies
Established global governance and change control board structures
Ensured technical solution fits the design and Adecco’s requirements – Key bridging role between IT, Business and software implementation teams from different vendors
The scope includes the entire S2C and P2P modules including Guided buying and the Ariba invoice module with interfacing to Peoplesoft ERP systems
