PWC is a service organization having network of firms all over the World. In order to record its processes and operations PWC has designed a system known as GFS (Global Finance System) introduced in 2002. GFS is followed by Germany, UK, Netherland, France, Switzerland and USA. The GFS system is based upon SAP versioning ECC 6.0.

Role and Responsibilities:
Involved in automation testing (QTP) of SAP modules.
Involved in testing of different Sap modules(SD,FI,BW)
SAP SD, configuration, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data, Engagement set up, contract creation, Billing, Pricing, Output determination.
Define the enterprise structure, common distribution channel and common division for all relevant master data, Material determination, item category, copy control, Partner determination and configure sales document type.
Experience in the configuration of basic functions including partner determination, output determination, text determination, account determination, material substitution.

Thrive on information in tailoring credit cards to individual consumers. Capital One is a diversified financial services company that provides Credit Cards, Auto Finance, Branch Banking, Small Business, Commercial and Personal Loans.

Role and Responsibilities:
Involved in all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle that includes Requirement Gathering, Test Design, Test Execution and Defect Management.
Involved in creation of Manual test scenarios and test cases for System Testing and Regression testing.
Have prepared Functional specification, Functional test plan and unit test plan.
Build/Upgraded Automation Scripts for the business Scenarios as required
Unit Testing and peer review of prepared scripts before execution of Regression
Automated New Scripts on different procedures to reduce difficulty in manually updating the details.
Ran Complete Regression test cycles for multiple Releases using QTP 9.5
Maintenance and execution of automated regression testing
Coordinated with the people at onsite for any queries
Involved in preparation of Traceability matrix
knowledge of Automation framework and object repository
Ability to create and modify QTP objects and scripts

Role and Responsibilities:
Providing Technical resolutions to team, auditing calls and providing feedbacks to resolve call, to reduce average call handling time and to improve customer satisfaction ,to coordinate with team to meet the metrics
Providing technical training to team to meet required metrics, preparing weekly Reports
Providing technical support (hardware and software) to customer trouble shooting of various technical issues especially WIRELESS issues.
Configuring wireless set up in laptops, desktops, setting up wireless printers, knowledge of wireless cards and mobile broadband wireless cards, routers and gateways etc
