- Procurement Plan based on Production Plan;

- Requisition Worksheet calculate requirements of components;
- EMS Stocks simulation.
Adjusting processes according to changes forced by stages of MRP implementation (creating SOPs).

Business Intelligence Platform (Microsoft BI)
Creating the Company Business Intelligence platform based on Microsoft Analysis Services and Microsoft Reporting Services (about 200 reports and charts):
- collecting information from several location and systems and summarizing in Analysis Services;
- Profit and Loss Reports based on Microsoft Navision as data source;
- Royalties Payment report;
- Set of reports related to Sales Orders collected in Navision and Business Tool;
- Business Units results;
- analysis and reports for TOP Management (based data stored in MS SQL
and PostgreSQL;

Manufacturing
Actively support Set-Top-Boxes production in Poland.
- running the Warehouse Management System to maintain the FGs and components flow during stages of production; creating corresponded SOPs for warehousing team;
- creating the Excel solution to allow calculating components requirements based on Production Plan and Where Use Table;
