Responsible of the planning, execution and TADIG validation of tests for GSM, GPRS, CAMEL and UMTS new Roaming agreements. Handle International Roaming related billing issues. Establish strategic partnership (Roaming agreement, referred Roaming, discount wholesale/IOT), contribute to new roaming products and monitor roaming traffic & revenue performances

To implement the configuration settings in Yoigos network to allow the Roaming agreement.

To plan, execute and coordinate TADIG tests. Troubleshooting and tracing. To maintain and update Roaming databases (Special IOT & AA14). To detect and monitor fraud and high usage activities.

To process, format and validate Roaming TAP/RAP files.

To supervise the TAP out files rejected / delayed / missing on regular basis, handling all type of requests with Data Clearing House.

To negotiate and manage discount agreements with Roaming partners. To perform monthly reconciliation of TAP out / TAP in. To coordinate with billing and mediation departments with all types of modification required in TAP files.

Once the commercial agreement based in GSM, GPRS, CAMEL or UMTS technology between Telefonica Moviles and the foreign network operator is achieved, our group enables both networks technically so our subscribers can use their cell phones when visiting the country covered by the visited network and viceversa.

To implement the configuration settings in Telefonicas network to allow the Roaming agreement.

To plan, execute and coordinate the configuration procedures.

To perform the GSM-A standard test documents in order to certify and check that the implementation is correctly done and the network behaviour meets the expected specifications.

To plan, execute and coordinate tests. Troubleshooting and tracing.

To continuously update the different roaming databases, services and settings of network operators with existing roaming agreement.

2/2008 – 9/2008

Department dedicated to look after the 3G Radio Network of the subregion.

To supervise and monitor the behaviour of the 3G Nodes B.

To check daily the rate of call drop and blockage and the RRC & RAB accessibility failures, ordering the necessary measures to minimise this rates opening the subsequent incidence. To analyse drive tests received for Radio optimization.

To prepare and execute the necessary implementation for new Node B integrations.

To check the local area settings and set up all the Radio parameters needed for the Node B integration.
