Project description:
This was a long-term project engagement. It started with a 6-month contract for operations in the identity management team. Within the operations team we did the service defined by in- ternal SLA and OLA agreements for all services within the E.ON IDM infrastructure. In the be- ginning I was contract to E.ON, the last years I was a contractor to the service provider of E.ON (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, now DXC).
I supported the transition of the custom EIDM system to the service provider (HP) and cur- rently I am supporting the next transition to a new service provider of E.ON. The engagement will end latest by end of this year, this is the reason why I look for new opportunities.
In the last years I was involved in a lot of internal projects in different roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
• IDM Operation: deputy team lead for 12 people, 120.000 identities, 300 connected busi-
ness applications
• Solution Designer: for non-standard service and change requests for process, Interface, System Maintenance changes in the customer EIDM infrastructure
• Process Consultant: for IAM and IDM customer life cycle processes and integration spe- cialist, support of business driven IAM changes like business unit, market unit changes, carve in, care out projects, company merger
• DevOp: for Sailpoint implementation and operation lead
• Integrator: for changes in the customer EIDM system (Perl, Linux, MS ILM, FIM, MIM, Azure)
• Migration: project senior consultant for the migration of the custom EIDM solution to Sail- point IQ
• Transition: support the IDM transition and handover to the new provider
