· Overseeing the complete project life cycle for multiple,
concurrent, million-euro+ engagements as Assistant Project Manager for
Intrasoft International.

· Orchestrating the ongoing, long-term efforts, representing a
25M project budget over 4 years, of a 60-member project team at the
Athens site of a 3-site software application development and
maintenance engagement for a major EU agency.

· Directing a 10-member project team in the development of
customs applications for an EU Member State, a 5M operation.

· Held the role of the Project Manager driving the internal
company effort to secure a Security Clearance Certificate.
Successfully obtained the certification and closed the project,
overseeing the identification and implementation of various security
improvements to a key office building.

· Conducted intensive project audits against international
standards & SLAs as Process Improvement and Quality Consultant for
Intrasoft International, ensuring the continuous achievement of
project requirements and objectives.
