Designing and developing financial/banking data warehouse, taking requirements, team estimates and delivering for back-office. (IBM models, IRB models). Supporting full life-circle of datawarehouse (DSA, EDW, Data Marts, Front-end solutions)
Responsibility includes:
- DWH design, setup, configuration and tuning, ETL architecture, BI architecture (Star-ER, ADAPT OLAP, dimensional modeling by Kimbal);
- metadata management, administrating front-end tools based on struts applications;
- performance optimization (indexes, lookups, hash-tables, formats, pre-compiled procedures);
- reports with Flex.
(SAS tools: SMC, Enterprise guide, DI studio (ETL studio), Portal & WebReportStudio; Flex, Eclipse, Ant, Maven in order to maintain struts web based tools and develop java components).

8/2006 – 2/2007

The responsibility includes developing new methods in area of identifying protein structure from DNA sequence by providing an unbiased mechanism for testing of these methods to the community of structure modelers and predictors; including identification of structural domains, identification of distant homology, comparative modeling of proteins, and scientific data warehousing. Interactions are with scientists internal and external to UC Davis. (Perl, Java3D, Rasmol, MolScript, PostgreSql).
