From 2000 to 2005 Ive been in charge as the IT-Services Manager at IBM Switzerland. The IT-Services for the well-known international customers of sectors: Pharmaceutical industry (Novartis Pharma), Chemical industry (Syngenta), Financial sector (Solothurner Bank) could be successfully delivered and improved (see reference attached). As the Service Delivery Manager I was mainly responsible for the Service Level Management (Analyzing, Negotiation, Operation, Improvement) of about 200 SLAs/OLAs/UCs for services like data centre, servers, UNIX, data bases and network.
Since 2006 Im successful as self-employed consultant for IT-Service Management and Project Management.
The following certifications are the basis for my success:
- ITIL Service Manager v2 and Foundation v3
- Project Manager PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Consulting & Auditing ISO20000

My main desire concerning the quality of services is to continuously improve the agreed services with respect to the involved people, processes and practices.

Following several IT-Service Management projects at Deutsche Bank, Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics and German Employment Agency Central-IT, I took over the responsibility as a Training Manager for EADS Saudi Ltd. (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, aka CASSIDIAN).
Currently Im looking forward to take over a new responsibility in IT-Service Management.
