Role:
- Prepare & manage the Cutover for the Rollouts in Slovakia (2 Plants (one with 800 employees, 330 million € turnover, manufacturing of 1 million boilers per year ; new plant under construction to produce 800 000 heat pumps per year); Distribution Center for all Eastern Europe countries ; 4 000 tasks, > 300 stakeholders) & UK (new plant under construction)
- Prepare & coordinate business activities to shift the Distribution Center to a new buy & sell model and a new location

Goal: quickly realize business and efficiencies synergies through the integration of WMF Group (consumer business) and EMSA into Groupe SEB organizations & IT systems

Transferring WMF activities in the Netherlands, the US and Spain into Groupe SEB companies
