I love bringing in fresh ideas, optimizing event processes, and helping companies level up their event strategy where needed. I’ve helped several startups and scale-ups build event departments from scratch — implementing workflows, integrating CRM systems, defining KPIs, and aligning event goals with broader marketing and sales targets. So I can evaluate if we're on the right track or need to make adjustments.
