- Since 2025, the project scope has been significantly expanded to include
requirements from the European Commission’s FASTER Directive regarding
reporting obligations
- Successfully set up project governance
- responsible for annual budget and resource planning
- Created a robust and detailed waterfall project plan and put it into use for
steering the project
- Took on the role of business analyst for several requirements in the event
of resource bottlenecks and created several functional concepts
- Achieved efficiency gains through the introduction of agile working methods
and tools within the waterfall framework
- Provided significant impetus in key strategic and architectural issues
