A cloud services provider based in Asia commissioned me to conduct a comprehensive market and competitor analysis focused on the European retail e-commerce landscape. The objective was to understand which cloud providers major e-commerce players in Europe (with a special focus on the Benelux and Eastern-European region) are currently working with—and what their cloud and AI initiatives look like both now and in the near future.

Through a mix of desk research techniques, I mapped out key retail e-commerce players across multiple countries, analyzed existing partnerships with cloud providers, and identified strategic technology trends shaping the market.

The final report offered the client a clear, structured overview of the competitive cloud landscape within their target segment, helping them understand where opportunities for expansion or partnership might lie.

A global market intelligence firm approached me on short notice to support an urgent research project for their end client—a global heavy machinery manufacturer looking to explore the potential of entering the construction vehicle rental market.

The goal was to identify suitable interview partners across Mexico, Spain, and France—specifically professionals actively working in operations on construction sites, such as fleet managers and equipment coordinators. The client lacked the internal capacity to meet the tight deadline and needed fast, reliable support to identify a high volume of relevant contacts.

Within just three days, I delivered a carefully curated list of nearly 400 qualified contacts, enabling the client to proceed with their interviews on schedule. My research helped bridge a crucial resource gap and ensured the project’s success within the set timeline.
