Ø Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the client's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Ø Facilitate workshops with financial advisors and technical teams to gather and clarify client requirements and expectations.
Ø Write detailed user stories to effectively communicate requirements to the development team, ensuring clarify in deliverables.
Ø Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to ensure design considerations are integrated into the development process before feature work begins.
ØLead and manage scrum ceremonies, including user story explanations, daily scrums (internal and client-facing), sprint refinements, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ø Actively resolve bottlenecks and impediments from both the development and client side, ensuring smooth progress.
Ø Research and stay updated on the latest market best practices to enhance product features and processes.
Ø Conduct monthly Steering Committee (Steer-co) meetings with stakeholders to review progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ø Manage project budgets by tracking estimated versus consumed resources for each feature and the overall project, communicating with the client on any budget forecasts or concerns.
Ø Hire and onboard new product managers/owners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
