-Evaluation and customization of processes, tools and Familiarization, assistance and coaching of colleagues
- Subdivision of complex tasks into subtasks and coordination of the implementation (internal and external)
- Cross-team process improvements
- Moderation of professional and technical discussions
- Organization and coordination of meetings and workshops for internal and external coordination
- Extensive knowledge in more than one functional TPS (Training planning software) environment, as well as QA disciplines
- Planning and coordination of test resources
- Development of concepts and test solutions for complex issues
- Preparation of status reports, preparation of steering and control meetings with the customer
- Responsible contact person for customers, PMs & consultants
- Coordination and alignment of requirements regarding test systems on customer side incl. prioritization of test automations
