Representing site at business review meetings with customers on site and external and for potential customer visits, participating in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP audits. Close collaboration with commercial to meet and manage customer expectation. Escalation and decision point in case of production constraints occur and for claim handling, as well as supplier constraints.

Work: Responsible for order management, strategic purchasing, operative purchasing (11mio € spent per year), production, technical service, warehouse and logistics.
General targets are optimization of working capital, COGS reduction, process optimization (EDI interface) value stream mapping, ensuring material availability with short lead times.
Working in a highly regulated marked with regular audits to prolong ISO13485, ISO 14001, MDSAP etc. certificates. Managing diverse international suppliers and bringing life saving devices on time to the customer.
Continuous Improvement and manufacturing excellence are part of daily business, as well as escalation routines, representation of the site in group wide meetings, projects, at customer and supplier visits. Keeping close collaboration with other functions of the site and group.

Responsible for customer service, art‐work disposition, production planning, purchasing, logistics. Goal is to deliver the customer orders on time with having an optimal use of resources in production and materials. Ensuring a smooth material flow which also involves escalation to suppliers and strategic purchasing or customers. Supporting the strategic purchasing with alternative suppliers or challenging the current supplier. Short, mid and long term capacity planning in accordance with human resources. Supporting controlling and accounting with analytical support, analyzing stock levels and customer demands. Representing the site at customers visits, audits and group wide meetings or work shops.
