- Lead and coach teams through Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective Kanban meetings, focusing on team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Agile best practices, including Scrum and Kanban principles, with guidance on tailoring SAFe framework to their context.

Data-Driven Decision-Making with Power BI: Analyze and develop Agile metrics using Power BI (e.g., velocity, forecasting, cycle time, lead time) to assess team performance, identify trends, and inform leadership on strategic improvements.

Member of the agile center of expertise with participation in decision-making processes for agile organizational change.

Analysis and development of a Power Apps application that serves as database of the agile ecosystem of the company (teams, members, maturity assessments).
