- Set up M&A department for VW Group’s central software development powerhouse CARIAD (€19bn annual R&D and investment budget)
- End-to-end responsibility for M&A transactions (screening - closing - integration)
- Leading +6 Associates (~ 2 FTE/deal) who provide support during operative deal management and execution of value-realization + growth initiatives post-closing
- Excerpt of deals I led: Voya (app development, Berlin, 16 FTE); Intenta (autonomous driving development, Chemnitz, 170 FTE); Quartett mobile (app development, Munich, 110 FTE); various acqui-hires, providing CARIAD with ~250 FTE + technology assets
- Full responsibility for (i) successful operative integration of all acquisitions (minorities, majorities + full-scale mergers) and (ii) deal success monitoring for executive board

- Constellation is a technology fund and listed holding company investing in software-as-a-service businesses, strengthening and growing portfolio companies (c. 600 firms, generating €3bn in revenues), enabling them to be growth leaders within their industry
- M&A lead for all EU-deals within the mobility/transportation software segment of the fund
- Executing strategic/financial DD and legal framework for €10m software asset deal in Sweden

- Scouting/Screening technology investments, determining strategic fit with the help of respective business heads + leading valuation, DD and integration of acquisitions
- Excerpt of acquisitions I co-led: Citigroup (merchant acquiring business in Singapore, 280 FTE), MOIP (payment processor, Brazil, 90 FTE), supr.com (payment start-up, 25 FTE)
- Insolvency: all my acquisitions have been sold successfully by the insolvency administrator Dr. Jaffé (all acquisitions have been held as independent subsidiaries)
