Über mich

Mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und fundierter Beherrschung des PMP-basierten Projektmanagements, habe ich in verschiedenen Branchen, mit internationalen Teams, erfolgreiche Projekte geleitet.

In der Telekommunikationsindustrie habe ich durch das Leiten von Hardware-, Software- und Migrationsprojekten bedeutende Erfahrung erworben und mein Fachwissen im PM-Bereich erheblich vertieft.

In der Automobilbranche habe ich E-Mobility Projekte für führende Unternehmen geleitet, wobei ich die Gelegenheit hatte, ein Team von sieben Spezialisten zu managen und dabei auch meine Leadership- und Mentoring-Skills weiterzuentwickeln.

Derzeit leite ich IT-Projekte, bei denen ich agile und klassische Methoden kombiniere, um innovative Lösungen umzusetzen und nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
