▪ RTE of a multifunctional train comprising of #6 teams, train size: ~#40 train-members
▪ Scrum Master of a team of designers in mixed Scrum/Kanban-mode
▪ Organize and enable team members, moderate ceremonies (PI-and Sprint-Plannings, Demos,
Reviews, Retros, Backlog Grooming, etc.)
▪ Close collaboration with Product Owner and Product Manager on definition of deliverables,
scope; plan & control workflow, budget and schedule
▪ Monitoring and communication of achievements to management, creation of roadmaps, risk
& opportunity management, administrate project management tool and digital whiteboard
▪ Protecting the team; foster the agile way-of-working with master-community & agile coaches,
give onboarding & agile awareness sessions
