Follow-up and planning of the daily operation of the covid team. During biggest part of the covid crisis this included being 24/7 responsible that data would be delivered to external parties on time to be able to create all necessary certificates. My current position is that of Team Leader/Project Manager at Sciensano, where I have gained diverse experience in various roles including application developer, analyst, team leader and project manager. In the role of project manager, I am responsible for monitoring various projects across various teams within Sciensano (IT) and drawing up a realistic schedule.
