Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading projects in medium to large enterprises, guiding them
through every stage—from uncovering requirements, designing architecture to managing development and
releases. In my experience holding leadership roles in software companies and professional services
organizations, I’ve learned how to bridge the gap between technical teams and diverse business
stakeholders, including those in sales, sales operations, customer care, marketing, legal, and IT. I believe that
clear communication and collaboration are key to ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.
With extensive business acumen gained from working with over 20 customers across various industries, I
understand how to navigate complex business environments and drive successful outcomes. I believe that the
ability to execute encompasses a range of skills and knowledge, which pushes me to explore multidisciplinary
know-how. As the saying goes, “To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail,” reminding me that
relying solely on familiar tools can limit my perspective and inhibit creative problem-solving. I always look
forward to projects where I can leverage my skills to tackle challenges and create meaningful impact.
Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about staying active and exploring different interests. I love
practicing golf, watching football, and enjoy jogging to stay fit and discover new limits. Martial arts have been
a great outlet for discipline and focus, helping me to stay sharp.
Personal and professional growth has always been an important aspect of my life, and staying curious
through reading is my way to embrace lifelong-learning journey.
