With its Strategy 2030, my customer, represented by its Finance division F*, is responsible for a comprehensive digital transformation with the goal of "Strengthening people, growing together and shaping the future".
 
 Driven by the demands of the energy turnaround and digitalization, the finance department has, among other things, launched the ORCA project - "PerfOrmance Reporting, Change + Automation".
 
 The focus here is on redesigning core commercial processes and management principles to create a common logic for data-driven and digital performance management.
