I come from the Consulting industry, a fast-paced and a high demanding environment, where I was able to contribute to the design of solutions that improved our customer’s business and operational performances. In the past 21 months, I was in charge of the relocation of the production of about 10Mn € in PVO from an extremely critical supplier. The task force included a detailed planning and timeline; regular status report to management level; management of cross-functional dependencies (internal and external stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, R&D and Quality) search and expansion of the supplier’s EMEA pipeline, ensuring supplier readiness. I am a very enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, trustworthy, flexible and strongly committed to achieving results. Even Though my work experience has been focused on business process optimization and operational efficiency in the supply chain, I have been lately invested in developing myself and acquire robust knowledge in the sustainable supply chains and the new EU green regulations area. The combination of a extremely efficient and more sustainable supply chai, can guarantee competitiveness and a more resilient value chain, and that is my commitment.
