Über mich

Statistics: Proficient in generating predictive models by means of classical regression, bayesian modelling, random forest and artificial neural networks. Proficient in assessing model assumptions and model validation. Able to communicate results.

Automation: Skilled in standard automation frameworks for data transfer (websockets and RESTful APIs), multithreading, data transformation and storage (pandas, SQL), data analysis and data visualization. I have automated various tasks including QC of genomic data, and analysis and signal processing in cryptocurrency markets.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Have built several dashboards (for ETH internal use) to assess genomic data quality, and assess metadata KPI statistics

Scientific Computing: Advanced user of Windows and Unix systems. Familiar with basic data analysis modules in python and r (pandas / tidyverse), generic bioinformatics software. Basic understanding of multiprocessing, multithreading and cloud computing.

Communication: Experienced presenter, having represented two labs in two conferences. Secured funding for my company by presenting proof of concept. Experienced in communicating data and scientific results both internally and externally.
