Hello scientists,

Do you have trouble making sense of the data coming out of your sequencers and experiments? Cannot link your observations back to your hypotheses?

It is easy to create mountains of data that hide the insights we are after. Worst of all, if we are not careful in our analyses, the outcome might be biased and misleading.

I have been a researcher for many years, specialising on sequence analysis of genomics and other "omics" data. My research in statistical models affords me a solid background in algorithms and statistics, including machine learning. I am proficient in both R and python, including useful libraries: pandas, dplyr, ggplot, scikit learn, keras and tensorflow.

If you need your analyses to run in the cloud because of convenience or to make use of more compute power, I have previously migrated workload into the cloud e.g. onto AWS.

Instead of burying yourself under tons of spreadsheets and trying to make heads or tails of it all, offload all your data to me! I will diligently work through the data, summarise and aggregate. I will create beautiful plots that help you understand the data straight away. Then I will test your hypotheses using the right statistics and correcting for potential bias.

In the end, you can convince your peers and the scientific community that your hypotheses are valid. You can then rely on the insights from your data to get ahead!
