FoxBase helps customers increase their digital product selection by optimizing the sales process by up to 40%. As of my role as Lead Technology & Co-Innovation Manager I realized key account projects by managing the creating and implementation of user stories with 12 developers / engineers and 5 customer. I aligned feature requests based on customer needs and technical feasibility. I oversaw both the technical and organizational implementation and invididual solutions and constantly reported to the management on costs, time and the project status. I developed and managed roadmaps to ensure customer success, such as during an international rollout by implementing standardized procedures. As quality raise and cost limitation I standardized and automated the Incident and Request management using Gmail, GitLab, and WordPress, adhering to ITIL best practices. I ensured that the teams developing / engineering, customer success, marketing and management are aligned. Towards future platform scalability I established governance standards for enterprises and internal teams.

As the lead architect I was in charge of the technical feasibility of an Azure landing zone for up to 2,500 developers. I was responsible for the technical architecture, the execution of the contract agreed with our partner and customer as well as the resources of ~20 engineers and architects. I ensured the execution of low-level designs on an agile method and consulted on technical feasibility. I advised the management on a tactical and partially strategical level on project reports and improvements regarding resources, urgent topics and especially security concerns. Part of my stakeholder management was the construction and maintenance of the strategical partnership with Microsoft.

Improving the customer journey as business development and an agile team management to create, align, and realize high quality user stories suiting innovation and technical feasibility.
Highly automated and complex public Cloud running on AWS to provide a sustainable, cost-efficient, secure, and future-proof platform. Allowing up to 1.700 developers to focus on DevSecOps and running competitive autonomous driving apps. This includes storing and processing big data and enabling cars towards level 3 and level 4 driving. Using the CDK (Python), ADF and ADDF to highly automate the initial platform and rolling out “Cloud rooms” for teams to enable a self-management of provisioned Cloud services.
