I am founder of DT People & Culture Unternehmens- und Personalberatung GmbH (i.G.), a company specialising in HR Consulting (include HR@AI). My passion for continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence make me a valuable asset to any organisation.
I'm an experienced HR Manager based in the Baden-Baden area and have an impressive professional background with extensive expertise in Personnel & Organisation Development. I’m also focused on AI @ HR.
In a career spanning over twenty years, I have held senior positions in a number of prestigious companies, consistently demonstrating my management skills and qualifications.
My interim career began in 1999 with Hewlett-Packard GmbH, and since then I have held various interim positions with renowned companies such as Microsoft and Schlosshotel Bühler Höhe. My broad experience also includes positions as Head of HR at HÄRTER Stanztechnik GmbH and Creditplus Bank AG.
At NTT Global Data Centers EMEA, I demonstrated my ability to manage complex projects and be a HR BP for 250 employees worldwide.
My expertise in restructuring and organisational development was further demonstrated at Hörmann Automotive Gustavsburg GmbH and BMTS Technology GmbH & Co KG, where I managed the HR department, led an international HR team and implemented successful HR development strategies. My ability to design and implement strategic employee and management development concepts is particularly noteworthy.
With in depth knowledge of cultural change, due diligence and infrastructure management, coupled with my recent certification as a Personality Profiler Coach, my analytical and strategic skills are well suited to designing and implementing innovative solutions. I am also recognised for my exceptional communication skills and positive attitude.
