s an organizational psychology scholar-practitioner, ICF credentialed executive coach, facilitator, and OD/OB consultant , I support my clients in shaping an open culture and open leadership mindset in their organizations. I work closely with organizational leaders to help them develop a corporate culture strategy to manage and lead effectively by applying open management practices and open leadership principles. This partnership allows them to mitigate organizational culture & people-related challenges in their digital transformation journey when adopting open source technologies to create lasting change, minimize organizational resistance, and positively impact their desired business objectives.

I hold an MBA in HR, MS in I/O Psychology, Graduate certification & credentials in Organisational Leadership Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, California, USA, and am a Prosci change management practitioner. My mission is to help individuals and teams successfully achieve relevant outcomes by developing the appropriate success criteria, mindset, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors to navigate and operate optimally at all levels.

Other than collaboratively designing creative learning experiences, I enjoy studying human behavior and mindsets, psychology, brain science, and neuroscience. I believe in living just a little over the edge while exploring and experimenting with overall well-being and spirituality. I enjoy fitness, music, traveling, and humor. My other interests also include business management, DEI, women's leadership, empowerment, charity, and service.
