With over 8 years of (strategic) HR experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I've had the privilege of leading HR functions in fast-growing start-ups, including one that achieved unicorn status. Managing teams of up to 14 people, I’ve honed my skills in steering organizations through rapid growth while maintaining a strong, positive company culture.

I have successfully completed several freelance HR projects, ranging from large-scale initiatives to smaller, targeted projects. This diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to adapt quickly to different organizational needs and to design and implement effective HR strategies and processes.

Understanding the unique challenges that fast-growing companies face, I focus on creating and managing a culture that supports and nurtures its people. My passion for people and their development drives my approach, ensuring continuous learning, growth, and high engagement levels within the workforce.

As an executive coach, I also support management in their personal and professional journeys, helping them align their leadership with the company’s strategic goals. This dual role of HR consultant and executive coach allows me to provide holistic support to both the organization and its leaders.

I am dedicated, passionate, and available for up to 2 days a week to consult & actively work on HR strategies, streamline processes, and develop an HR function that promotes a healthy and engaged workforce.
